Our standard
Health information should be useful without pretending uncertainty does not exist. ADHDclearfocus prioritises original peer-reviewed research, major clinical guidelines and established consensus statements over social-media claims or unsourced summaries.
How we write health content
Source first
Claims about prevalence, diagnosis or interventions should be traceable to a credible source.
Separate evidence from interpretation
We distinguish what a study found from what that finding may mean in everyday life.
State limitations
Preliminary, mixed or contested evidence is labelled as such rather than presented as settled fact.
Avoid diagnostic overreach
Educational screeners and symptom descriptions are not presented as substitutes for clinical assessment.
Review and updating
Research summaries are prepared by the ADHDclearfocus editorial team and clinically reviewed through Focused Care Psychology. Important pages display or record a review date. Pages may be updated when evidence, guidance, platform features or safety information changes.
Corrections
If you identify a factual error or a source that materially changes a conclusion, email focusedcarepsychology@gmail.com. We will review substantive corrections and amend content where warranted.
Commercial transparency
ADHDclearfocus may link to paid reports, memberships, employer programmes or related Focused Care Psychology services. Commercial relationships do not change the evidence standard applied to editorial content.
